It has it's own charm, like a cool blue/grey feeling with a sense of speed & danger. Very nicely done!
I'll have to critique the image motion blur though. I know the background is just a 2D image but if the car were actually driving on that bridge and the camera were following it, the top-right part of the image would not be blurred.
You'd see a Zoom Blur effect (not a motion blur one) with the top-right part of the bridge as the point of origin for the Photoshop filter.
